Your responsibilities and impact as O2C Administrator will be:
Dealing with adjusted invoicing processes
Handling incoming billing requests
Providing customers with guidance regarding the Purchase Order System
Managing selfself-billing-related tasks (checking whether accounts are administered correctly)
Assisting the O2C department with other financial tasks
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
Fluent English speaker, another language (Spanish, French) is a plus
Previous accounting experiences would be appreciated
Excellent communication skills
General knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to maintain connections with stakeholders
Dynamic personality including having a methodical work approach
Being able to work sufficiently in a team
