Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of the Arrow Electronics Group, provides IT professionals (service companies, editors and integrators) with global technological solutions associated with training and service offerings, in 5 main segments: servers, storage and virtualization, networks and security, infrastructure software and cloud solutions.

NetApp Services Sales Representative

A NetApp Services Sales Representative is responsible for selling Arrow managed services around NetApp to existing and new customers. The role requires a deep understanding of the companys offerings and the ability to identify and close opportunities. You work closely with the local NetApp Sales team and our partners. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, with a sales aspect and a passion for IT-services.

Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with end users and partners, including regular account management and customer visits
Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Understanding end user needs on maintaining continuous operation of NetApp environments and recommending solutions that meet those needs
Presenting the companys offerings to customers, including product demonstrations and presentations
Collaborating with internal teams such as engineering, marketing, and support to provide a high-quality customer experience
Negotiating and closing contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
What we need:
At least 5 years of sales experience in the technology industry, with a focus on data storage or managed services; a hunting profile and pro-activity to visit partners, end-users and vendor (NetApp)
Good knowledge of NetApps or similar brand products and services, including data storage and data management solutions
Knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or Google) is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical customers.
Ability to travel as required to attend customer visits, trade shows and events (a full driving license is a must)
Ability to work independently and in an international team environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Really good proficiency in English.
Native Spanish language level
