To drive this exciting business, we are hiring a Senior Sales Manager to build and lead a team of Multicloud Co-prime Senior Sales Executives. This team will work on designated Multicloud accounts to drive Cloud platform selling.
The Multicloud Sales Manager will be responsible for managing this newly created team whilst partnering with internal Oracles stakeholders to ensure the team adds the right value to our sales teams as well as our customers and business partners. The right candidate should have extensive team management experience, preferably building and managing new teams.
What Youll Do
As the Multi-Cloud Sales Manager, youll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Oracles Multi-Cloud business. Your mission will be to lead and inspire a talented team of sales professionals while collaborating with customers and partners. Heres how youll make your mark:
Lead the charge in multi-cloud sales: Spearhead the sales of Oracles Multi-cloud proposition, driving new negotiations and expanding collaborations with customers and partners.
Strategic leadership: Implement our Multi-cloud strategy across your region, ensuring alignment among your team, other internal Oracle Sales teams as well as your counterparts at Google, AWS, MSFT
Team success: Manage a high-performing team, guiding them with clear objectives, regular coaching, and the support they need to be successful at what they do.
Build lasting relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level customers and partners, as well as your internal leader peers.
Leverage your expertise: Bring your deep understanding of Oracle technology and strategy, helping your team achieve success.
Required Skills/Experience
What Youll Bring
Demonstrated track record in leading a sales team to grow the scale of the business partnerships under their control
Strong technical background, understanding of Cloud Infrastructure demands , Oracle Technology and competitive knowledge of top Cloud players
Leadership ability to build, train, coach and develop a high performing team with a growth mindset and customer passion
Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with a strong focus on collaboration
Ability to move fast, be bold, and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proven successful and highly attuned influencing skills.
