Our client is seeking an MSAT Process Expert Bioconjugates to join them, a multinational leader in life sciences operating globally as a world-class Drug Substance and Drug Product life cycle developer and manufacturer, on their dedicated Protein Conjugation team in Switzerland!

As a Bioconjugates MSAT Process Expert, you will be responsible for the successful supervision, support and life-cycle management of Bioconjugate processes.

Combining your technological insight with world-class manufacturing and scientific expertise, you will help to deliver new and innovative medicines that treat a wide range of diseases.

Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise MSAT activities on a project level to ensure that the processes deliver the required products with the required quality in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.
Preparation of GMP clinical re-supply and commercial campaigns as part of a project team (tech transfer, scale-up, GMP documentation, equipment)
Leading process troubleshooting on the manufacturing floor.
Change control management.
Process validation activities.
Annual product review (APQR)
Representing the facility during process-specific inspections and audits as an SME for the area of responsibility
Requirements:
M.Sc. or PhD in Biotechnology, chemical engineering, organic chemistry or related disciplines.
3+ years of biotech experience.
3+ years of experience working in GMP-regulated environments.
Bioconjugates experience is not required, but is definitely a plus!
2+ years of MSAT experience.
2+ years of Tech Transfer experience.
Good planning and organizational skills, including project management and risk management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus.
