Middle Office Team Lead (French Speaker)

Your responsibilities as an Middle Office Team Lead will be:

• Managing Team Performance (set up SMART goals and KPIs, monitor performance, support people evolution) of a team of 12 Administrators
• Identifying training and development needs and building training/coaching plan in collaboration with training specialists
• Leading the team through the implementation of new processes, tools and best practices
• Executing Biyearly appraisal of all team members
• Managing relationships with countries: business stakeholders & local payroll teams
• Managing relationships with back office teams - credit collections, record to report & purchase to pay
• Assisting the analysis and resolution of escalations (ad hoc), with subsequent follow through of root-cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures
• Implementing a culture of ownership & customer service

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• You are fluent in French and English
• You have valuable experience in a similar supervisory/managerial role
• You have experience with transformation/centralization project
• You are dynamic and organized with a methodical data-driven approach
• You have a strong focus on customer experience
• You are able to work under pressure to attain company objectives
