What you’ll be responsible for as a Merchandiser at albelli-Photobox Group
The commercial team focuses on serving our customers and delivering results by managing our product categories end to end and executing our customer experience to ensure that customers have access to the right products at the right price and at the right time.
As a Merchandiser you have full accountability for executing the trading and merchandising plan for the customer touch points across our websites, apps, and CRM which will help us achieve customer engagement goals.
You will be a critical member of the albelli-Photobox Group commercial team, and working with a cross-functional team dedicated to the UK and Rest Of World (Ireland & Australia) Markets.
Outside of the commercial team you will work closely with teams from across the business to ensure that merchandising plans and initiatives are developed and executed in an integrated way.
The impact you’ll make:
implementing pricing actions, promotions, merchandising placements and CRM messaging for his/her customer touchpoints
addressing defects and identifying improvements in customer experience,
defining opportunities to increase production efficiency,
analysing trade and pricing in depth to steer country performance,
executing special projects, seasonal campaign & content initiatives across platforms
Must Have Experience:
You have a background in Trading/Merchandising/Online content/Marketing or a Degree in a related field
You are fluent in English
You have a great hands-on approach and can work in a fast-paced environment
You have strong analytical and project-management skills, you are an excellent communicator, and you have the ability to collaborate with and influence others.
You demonstrate strong attention to detail and are comfortable working with data.
You take direction from your customers and deliver results for the business.
Youll be able to demonstrate a style and approach to your work and relations with fellow colleagues that aligns with the albelli-Photobox Group values.
Nice to Have Experience:
Experience working in UK market would be beneficial
Experience in Ecommerce, retail preferred

We are working in a hybrid environment and this role is based in our Barcelona office, situated in a WeWork by Plaça de les Glòries Catalanes, a hub for technology and innovation. Within walking distance of public transport, the beach and shopping centres, the office has great facilities (coffee, tea, showers, bike parking, social events and more) with a modern working atmosphere.
There are approx. 15 people in the office, who work across all areas of the business, with a focus on analytics, marketing, and technology.
Hybrid Working
We ask that the team spend a minimum of 10% of their month in the office, but team members typically choose to spend 1-2 days a week in person with colleagues. We have offices based across London, Amsterdam and Barcelona and you can apply for this role from any of those locations.
