⭐ Role Overview
As the Marketplace Specialist you will join the Business Development department to expand our ecosystem of integrated apps, increasing our product offering for our customers.
In this role, you will you use your relationship management skills to connect with external partners and plan app integration roll outs, you will use your communication skills to create marketing content and partnership announcements, you will become the expert for each new app and help train our sales, onboarding, and customer support teams, and you will use your operational skills to work cross functionally with other departments to see through the acquisition and success of new apps from start to finish.
⭐ How will you make an impact?
Reviewing and responding to partnership requests and researching third party applications for relevance and usefulness to our users.
Demoing third party applications to get a full picture of the functionality of the software and user experience of the product.
Connecting and communicating with potential and existing marketplace partners to create new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships.
Working with other departments to schedule and carry out the roll out process for new apps.
Creating internal integration documents for our agents to understand the main product features of third party apps and how the integration works, as well as updating our database of apps with new and relevant information.
Writing digital marketing content promoting new partnerships and the integration capabilities.
Working on co marketing campaigns with partners to nurture the partnership and drive adoption and revenue.
Participating in training sessions so that all customer facing agents are up to date on the functionalities of the apps in our ecosystem.
⭐ What makes you a great fit?
If you have 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, sales/business development, ecosystems management, or project management role.
Native level English, other European languages is a plus.
Proficient in Excel
Passionate about technology, product, design thinking.
Have strong relationship management and communication skills.
Have an analytic mindset and are data driven.
Hold a University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
⭐ How can you earn extra bonus points?
If you have experience in the vacation rental industry, Start-up or a Travel Tech or SaaS company.
Knowledge of APIs and integrations.
Are independent with strong task and time management skills.
Comfortable writing marketing content.
Can own partner and/or customer facing communications.
Knowledge of tools, like G Suite, ChatGPT, Notion, Hubspot, JIRA, Figma, and ProductBoard.
