Primary duties
Primary Marketing lead in UK and MEA for Page Executive Operations leadership.
Responsible for executing an aligned Page Executive go
to
market strategy to deliver on client opportuniteis, profitable conversion rate targets, NPS and PRC.
Collaborate with the Channel Marketing Director to deliver effective, prioritised marketing programmes to leverage owned, paid, and earned channels to deliver on growth.
Marketing Budget & KPI (key performance indicators) responsibility.
Collaborate and influence regional marketing programmes based on the needs of the operations business and marketing priorities.
Ensure consistent Customer Promise and brand messaging across the market.
Drive awareness of the Page Executive brand to differentiate and establish long
term equity versus Michael Page and the key local competitors.
Collaborate with Core with any local agencies for PR (Public Relations) , research, etc.
Accountable for providing business reporting to local Ops and MLT leadership.
Proactively share local market best practices with all global markets
test global tactics to.
Reporting on the utilization of RPS and Sales Navigator. Coordination of transfers and approvals of any new licences with Operations and Channel teams.
Drive participation in the GSS system for candidates and clients to secure robust NPS sample sizes by country. Monthy reporting of NPS.
Collaborate and influence the day
to
day activities of the local Core marketing team.
