We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in EMEA at Spain

Job Purpose:

Implement construction management plans and processes to deliver real estate construction solutions for new build, refurbishment and re-construction projects in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies

Your tasks:
Implement construction management plans and processes to ensure delivery of constructions solutions and projects on time and within budget results
Provide inputs for the budget preparation and ensure budget control for the construction projects
Consolidate data and provide analytics for the underwriting and BCA approval process, including financial modelling for developers, inputs for construction risk assessment, etc.
Prepare the construction related documents and approval papers
Implement financial controlling and budgeting under RES regional head/ RES global controlling
Collate and analyze market and investment data
Support the contractor selection process by screening the third-parties such as contractors
Monitor performance and service standards of third-party construction firms engaged in construction process
Support land expert in preparing documentation, performing due diligence analyses and executing administrative tasks for land acquisition
Identify potential leads through portfolio refresh and other project-related tasks such as consolidating data required for BCA, interfacing with BU functions, etc. to support RES BD
Prepare and report analysis/ deliverables to RES team within timelines and as per quality standards
Resolve and analyze issues in day-to-day delivery and implement practices for construction management focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
Convince other subject matter experts to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches
May cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers
Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DPDHL managers
Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise direct reports, customers and key stakeholders
Provide technical guidance to line managers and employees
Individual contributor who may manage two or fewer employees
May direct the work of other lower level professionals or manage processes and programs
Coach, review and delegate work to lower level professionals
Your profile:
Education Level: Bachelor’s degree
More than 6 years of experience
