Management Technician

Offer Description

We are looking for a Management Technician for the Computational Intelligence Group: ( ).

The selected candidate will be responsible for the expenses of the projects of the group: processing of travel expenses, payment of invoices, procedures related to the contracts of the group staff, economic justifications... It will also be in charge of the updating of the web pages of the projects and the preparation of contents for press releases.

Candidates must demonstrate experience in the management of R & D projects. The experience in the maintenance of web pages will be valued.

Duration of contract: From March, 1, 2024 to December 31, 2027 Salary: €34800 per annum (full time), depending on skills and experience.

Start date: March, 1, 2024

Research Field Information science » Information management Education Level Master Degree or equivalent

Skills/Qualifications

Candidates must demonstrate experience in the management of R & D projects. The experience in the maintenance of web pages and Social networks will be required.

Comprehension and production of documentation in English.

Languages ENGLISH Level Good
