DHL Supply Chain Valencia center of excellence, the better place to work! We are seeking an IT Business Partner is to lead the digital agenda for the business. Acting in partnership to drive the strategic and tactical digital account plans and deliver business value. This role will ensure delivery of IT road maps to agreed time and budget in line with business strategy.

Key Accountabilities
Lead the IT Development agenda and Transformation Roadmap for the account
Drive business account growth through IT innovation and transformation
Drive alignment to DHL LLP IT strategy including migration from legacy IT applications to strategic IT products where applicable
Manage day to day IT Support needs of the account for internally and externally developed applications including coordination and appropriate escalation of incidents.
Management of internal and external service providers incl. other DHL IT departments (i.e., DHL ITS, DHL Supply Chain IT)
Lead system & process improvement with Integrated IT systems solutions, supporting requirement gathering, selecting suppliers and providing the business with innovative solutions.
Acting as project lead for small to medium size IT projects for the account.
Support the delivery of IT operational services, and the applications modules which are required to operate on behalf of the customer based upon the ITIL Service Management processes.

Requirements for the job
IT Experience
High level knowledge of Software Components & Operating system requirements SOA (Service Orientated Architecture)
Strong understanding IT System Development lifecycle and demonstrated project delivery experience
Strong understanding IT System Integration solutions and technology
Software Configuration & Change Management experience
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Azure Cloud Technology, Microsoft Office Software, Visual Studio (i.e., C#), T-SQL/ DB2 SQL development skills
Managing the support and successful realisation of business solutions
Strong communication and listening skills, and effective in communicating ideas; frequent interaction with wide range of customer contacts"
Project Management skills (DePict, Prince 2)
Experience of working within a multinational enterprise business environment
