We are looking for highly motivated law students who have a passion for digital & technology law and/or international business law and a desire to make a positive impact. Receipt of scholarships or specific hardships conditions will be considered a plus in the selection process.
Responsibilities:
As an intern in the ADP Legal Department, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting and engaging tasks, including:
Research and analyze legal issues related to ADP products: HR technology solutions, global payroll offering, artificial intelligence, marketplace platform, etc.
Support template creation (service contracts, partnership contracts, etc.).
Review a variety of contracts, correspondence, marketing and training materials, including complex global customer contracts with multinational customers.
Contribute to the improvement of internal procedures, knowledge management (including contract database) and resources within the Legal Department.
Support on privacy matters.
Support the assessment of providers and their offers on green initiatives: tree planting, ocean clean-up, and other initiatives.
Assist in handling litigation with customers.
Perform other related tasks based on available assignments and personal interest .
Qualifications:
A student in the final year of a Bachelors or Masters program in International Business Law, Information and Communications Technology, Privacy or related fields.
Previous experience in a corporate setting or law firm would be welcome.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Spanish will be a plus.
