About Triple
Triple is a high-growth fintech that leverages payments data to build a wide variety of products and services.
One product we have is Rewards, which is connecting merchants and banks to incentivise users to purchase more products. The network covers Spain, Germany and Italy for the moment, but we are looking to expand it further. Another product is Transaction Enrichments, which helps banks to show a better view of their transaction history to their customers. In short instead of the “ugly” merchant name (e.g. Restaurant US FOOD INC.) we enrich it to a cleaner, easily identifiable name (e.g. McDonald’s). The system is based on advanced machine learning algorithms that help do this job at a scale of billions of transactions.
We have clients from all continents of the world ranging from large traditional and fintechs to young companies that are just starting.
In your role, you will:
Support the Head of Legal with establishing and analysing products & processes.
Prepare risk analyses about future products and reports about clients’ risks.
Write and review all contractual documents.
Coordinate legal projects with Product, Tech, Sales or Finance stakeholders.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
An independent and proactive approach to new topics.
Law Degree, ideally with work experience but not required.
Proficient in English.
A quick learning ability, outstanding analytical skills and a structured way of thinking as well as attention to details.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to calmly and confidently communicate and coordinate with all levels of the organisation.
Willingness to approach projects with a can-do attitude and create a process where one does not exist. Comfortable in a fast-moving, fluid environment.
