?‍??‍? As a Lead SDR Outbound Spain at Qonto, you will:

- Develop and lead a high-performing outbound SDR team, focusing on prospection of quality leads to meet ambitious 2024 sales targets.

- Implement effective coaching and development strategies to elevate team performance and individual growth.

- Streamline onboarding and hiring processes to build a robust and skilled sales team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and conversion strategies.

- Analyze and report on team performance, utilizing data to drive strategic decisions and optimize outbound efforts.

You will join the Sales team led by , our Senior Lead Sales Spain

His path: With an academic background in journalism and communication, Pol decided early on that he was not made for the traditional media companies and wanted to make a jump on the tech start-up scene. He worked for several hyper growth scale ups and unicorns as , Trip4real (acquired by ) or , and also helped companies like or (from Ferran Adrià, considered to be one of the best chefs in the world) go through digital transformation processes.

What he can bring to you: He loves to entertain ideas and make them happen, always building things that matter and are driven by purpose, talented people, speed and personal development. Enthusiastic of new technologies and their applications in daily life, Pol will foster full transparency, ownership and an inner sense of what “quality work” means.

? About You:

Experience: You have 4 to 5 years of experience in SDR Outbound including 2 years as a Lead or coach, in a SaaS & hyper-growth context.

Data-driven & process-oriented: Your analytical prowess enables you to interpret data and translate it into actionable growth strategies.

Organization: Exceptional organizational skills allow you to manage time effectively and ensure your team operates with precision.

Communication: Youre a skilled communicator and change manager, adept at motivating teams and navigating complex transformations.

Languages: Youre fluent in Spanish, and bilingual in English, to seamlessly engage with the local market and international stakeholders. (Catalan is a plus or any other language as well)
