Job Summary/Purpose :
As part of the Identity and Access Management team, the IAM Operations Lead will be responsible for managing and leading IAM service operations, continuous improvement, and automation of IAM processes. IAM services include Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Access and Secret Management, Directory services, Access Management (authentication, MFA, SSO and Federation) and PKI.

Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Drive the IAM operations globally at both a strategical and tactical level
- Grow the maturity of the IAM service operations team and achieving a high-quality service delivery:
Define, implement, and maintain a target operating model including people, processes, and technologies across IAM
Identify and implement process improvements across IAM areas
Build and grow the global IAM Operations team by hiring and training resources
Coordinate with vendors and partners for all aspects of run / maintain, including monitor and support of IAM services, consistent with SLAs and KPIs
Provide feedback and improvement areas to engineering, architecture and product owner teams
-Lead in the negotiation and definition of new contracts with vendors for the operational activities, service levels and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Manage and distribute the workload for the IAM operations team which supports multiple services and solutions globally

Role Requirements

What youll bring to the role:
- University degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering or information technology or another relevant field
- Certification or accreditation in Information Security (CISM, CISA, CISSP, MS Azure, ITIL, etc.)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- At least 10 years of experience in IT service management; at least 7 years of experience running IAM operations in a highly regulated environment
- Experience in various IAM technologies such as Azure AD, Sailpoint, CyberArk, PKI, SSO/Federation products
- Knowledge in programming, scripting, operating systems, databases, network protocols
- Demonstrated experience in leading a global service operations team (more than 10 direct reports)
- Experience in Life Science industry is considered a plus
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills ability to develop influential relationships with different stakeholders across all levels
- Experienced people leader with the ability to lead and develop teams across geographies, internal employees as well as external staff
- An entrepreneurial mindset driven by curiosity, continuous improvement, and interest in technical advancements and IAM trends
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and properly delegate work
