Our client, Topbrands Spain SL, a subsidiary of Topbrands Europa BV, is a leading multinational trading company specializing in personal care, home care, and confectionery products for the hard-discount consumer market. To strengthen its national sales team, we are looking for a Key Account Manager.
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (B2B)
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the main responsibilities will be:
FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and develop relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
Conduct market research, store checks, and analyze market trends to optimize sales strategies.
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare customized commercial offers and follow up on sales activities, including public tenders.
Conduct regular customer visits to present new products and perform technical demonstrations.
Handle administrative processes, including sales order creation, complaint management, and communication with sales support teams.
Coordinate with the National Sales Manager and International Sales Director to align sales strategies.

Location: Mollet del Vallès, with regular customer visits across Spain.
Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch break, flexible start between 8:00-9:30 AM). Friday with a reduced schedule from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Daily menu paid
Competitive salary package, including a fixed salary, end-of-year bonus, and paid daily meals.
Mileage reimbursement for customer visits.
Travel costs covered in advance.
Compliance with the chemical industry and drugstore sector labor agreement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in consultative (B2B) sales within the consumer goods sector, preferably in personal hygiene, home care, or confectionery.
Fluent in English (C1 - Advanced Level); knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
Strong commercial mindset, communication skills, and results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Willing to travel within Spain and occasionally to the Netherlands.
Must own a car and have a valid drivers license.
