Junior Test & Release Manager

Our opportunity

In this role, you will act as IAA Test & Release Manager having overall responsibility for all aspects related to test and release management within IAA (Investment, Administration & Accounting).

Your role

As a Test & Release Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
Be owner of Test and release management framework/guide.
define/monitor/control test and release management process.
(On-demand) act as “Test Manager” for allocated project.
Support test automation initiative.
Remove over-admin and improve process in HPALM and act as administrator of HPALM tool.
conduct HPALM trainings and coach project team for performing test activities
maintain Regression Test library of investment applications.
define and communicate monthly Release notes, yearly Release Calendar, and Yearly Release management guide to IAA
act as SOX control owner for Change Management and participate in internal/external audits.
Support Projects by creating management dashboard reports for Requirement/Test cases and Defects/tickets related to different projects.
Deputize other team members in Application management team
manage test environments & align with project on infrastructure requirements
Conduct post review of every BAU/Project ticket
Support Operational readiness of Projects
Your Skills and Experience

As a Test & Release Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Bachelor/masters degree in computer science/Finance or equivalent.
ISTQB or equivalent certification in Testing area is highly desirable.
Having experience in Finance is an advantage.
Expert of HPALM/ HPQC tool or any other equivalent testing tool.
Experience in test automation is nice to have.
Proven ability to lead and work with multi-cultural project teams and facilitating work shops
Strong Communication skills in written and spoken English are mandatory.
Strong knowledge about testing methodology is mandatory
Strong knowledge about software development life cycles
Knowledge about change management methodology is mandatory.
Strong Business Analyst skills (e.g., analytical skills, requirement engineering)
Basic knowledge about Finance and investment instruments is nice to have
Knowledge of IT-processes is required
Basic knowledge of SAP-FSCM is an advantage but not mandatory.
HPALM scripting is highly desirable.
SAP FSCM knowledge is nice to have
MS Project, MS Office and MS Access
