The Role
The company is seeking a Junior Data Analyst who will take ownership of the analytics function within their AgTech platform. The role involves building dashboards, developing data pipelines, integrating multiple data sources and preparing analytics components for commercial rollout.
This position is part of a small (<5 people), highly collaborative technical team.
Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain and improve internal dashboards (e.g., Grafana)
Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Python, Node.js and SQL
Integrate data from multiple sources and REST APIs
Work closely with the CTO/CEO to iterate quickly on user feedback
Document architectures, interfaces and operational processes
Prepare analytics components for scale and App Store readiness
Candidate Requirements
Must-Haves
1–3 years of experience in data analytics
Strong skills in Python, Node.js, SQL and Git
Experience with REST APIs, Grafana or similar dashboards, and ETL workflows
Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools
English fluency (B2/C1)
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Docker and CI/CD
Spanish language skills (German is a plus)
FileMaker experience
Background integrating diverse data structures or working in farming/remote environments
Personal Traits
High initiative and fast learner
Strong hands-on mentality
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: €40,000–€45,000 gross/year
Vacation: 28 days
Contract: Full-time (40h/week)
Probation: 6 months
