Ready to be the friendly tech hero everyone at HQ and our hotels relies on? As our IT Service Desk Intern, you’ll be the first point of contact for any tech hiccups, helping our staff get back on track when systems or equipment act up. You’ll dive into tickets, troubleshoot issues, and learn the ins and outs of IT support in a vibrant, international environment. Along the way, you’ll pick up new skills, tackle real challenges, and grow your tech know-how. The team is supportive, cheerful, and always up for a laugh, so you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:
Provide friendly 1st line IT support for HQ and hotel staff
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
Log, track, and follow up on support tickets
Manage IT stock control, updating CMDB & Shipping devices to new users
Assist with system setups, updates, and maintenance
Collaborate with the team to solve problems efficiently
Keep your work organised and accurate, even when things get busy
Learn and grow your IT skills in real-world scenarios Requisitos: What You’ll Have

You’re studying MBO Computer Science or a related field
Some experience in Help Desk or IT support is a plus
You’re cheerful, resourceful, and detail-oriented
You can think analytically and solve problems on the fly
You enjoy working in a team and communicating clearly
English is a must; local language is a nice bonus
A great sense of humour and willingness to learn
Must live in Amsterdam or Barcelona
