IT Recruiter (English & Spanish Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact as an IT Recruiter will be:

• Sourcing and hunting candidates using the company's network and other sources
• Qualifying candidates through interviews
• Developing your own candidates' network
• Keeping up-to-date with the current recruitment market, within specific sectors
• Actively seeking out fresh and original sourcing strategies

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native level of Spanish and proficient level of English
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment in an international environment
• Experience in IT recruitment focused on SAP/CyberSecurity/Insurance skills would be an asset
• Being positive, adaptable and proactive
• Able to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent organization, problem-solving and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
