In HAYS we are collaborating with a boutique advisor for Private Equity portfolio companies providing Tech enabled value creation. They are a fast-growing start-up founded mid-2021 and rapidly grew client service to 60+ people across Europe. They support their clients in full-scale digital and technology transformations company separations carve outs and mergers. They have a highly experienced team with 10+ years functional and industry expertise.

We are currently looking for a IT Program Manager to join their team. His main tasks are
Running the client meeting up until executive team CEOs CTOs
Managing the team underneath them.
Helping with problem solving.
Check in on progress.
Identify any issues there may be and decide how to resolve them.
A bit of budget management tracking reporting¡ Qualifications
Must have done an IBP migration or new platform delivery (Kinaxis O9 SAP BlueYonder) - OK if from a business lens as long as they have deep understanding of processes.
IT Delivery Programs grand scale (for 12-24 months)
Supply Chain transformation Integrated Business Planning Transformation from one technology to another (ideally from different platforms) or has done a new platform delivery.
