Who you are
As the Product Manager for IoT Connectivity in Spain, you will drive Product Management activities in your market, closely aligned with central Product Management Team for IoT Connectivity.
You will be responsible for the launch and management of IoT Connectivity products in Spain. You will achieve this by supporting local (in-market) resources, and providing guidance to those resources for local integration, testing, helping adapt market processes to the product requirement as required, to achieve the agreed roadmap and in-life product management.
You will also be responsible for supporting the market in achieving the agreed KPIs (Sales, Connections, TCV) and be involved in activities like sales-enablement, supporting Sales teams on key opportunities, product training and marketing activities.
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent
MBA or equivalent is highly desirable
successful track record in Product Management or a similar role
7 years in IoT, mobile telecommunications or a globally focused trading role * Experienced product/ partner manager
Experience in IoT, Cellular technologies
Ability to a matrix environment and manage people without formal reporting lines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders across the business
Confidence in managing negotiations with customers, including senior leadership within Markets.
Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to present to C Level stakeholders
Self-starter who can operate in a “start-up” type environment and support scaling the organization.
Strong motivation and get the job done attitude
Excellent moderating skills to resolve conflicts between stakeholders
High level of English and Spanish, spoken and written ability.
What youll do
Working with central IoT Product Managers through strategy, planning and agile development to input into key IoT product decisions where necessary
Align and agree between the market and central product team on a roadmap of product launches, in life management and rationalisation.
Champion the Spain market view and ensure easy, low-cost launch of new products
Ensure effective sourcing, local funding, system and technology integration, process interlocks etc.
Ensure budget & resources for integration, launch and GTM are planned and ringfenced within Spains budget to achieve the roadmap
Agree KPIs and business case for products to be launched/ managed in the market
Achieve agreed roadmap within cost and budget
Support launch activities within Spain e.g. marketing, product collateral, sales enablement, local pricing etc.)
Manage in-life and end-of-life requirements through effective use of the Spanish market resources
Achieve KPIs as agreed in market for each product
Support maximising the sales opportunities in Spain by representing the requirements of Spain during the design phase of new products.
Enable sales and support of IoTs product in Spain through effective management of the launch phase
