Internship Program 2023

The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.

The position is based in Polanco, Mexico.
The duration of the Internship Program can be a:
Short Term: August 8, 2023 to January 26, 2023.
Long term: August 8, 2023 to July 26, 2023.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As a Services Intern (Short Term) you will:
Work on process analysis and mapping of current way of working looking for improvements.
Propose to make more efficient communication and interaction with company stakeholders.
Keep track of internal indicators and dashboards
Provide support for business development via leads management.
Follow up with customers.

Bachelor Studies in: Business, Administration, Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic).

As a Project Planning Intern (Short Term) you will:
Support for Project Manager Office in administrative activities as planning resources
Prepare information for closing meetings
Follow up to delivery date for spare parts and equipment
Validate consistency in the information between our different tools
Develop automated tools to save time in our processes.

Bachelor Studies in: Engineering (Industrial, mechanical, electric, Chemical or Food) and Administration.

As a Finance Intern (Long Term) you will:
Constructing and or optimizing credit collection dashboard
Engage in process of analyzing root cause solution to good receipt issues.
Analyzing process of uploading invoices to customers platforms
