The main responsibilities entrusted to the manager will be

As part of his day to day activities the manager will lead a team though all the commercial phase (contract negotiation realization of offers and proposals contract negotiation scope management pricing) and delivery of ICT (infrastructure and product) services and projects. In that sense experience in pre-sales and delivery are of high value.

Experience in recruiting people and creating efficient delivery teams for both projects and recurring infrastructure services (on-premise and cloud).

Project identification sale and follow-up at CTO CIO CDO level. High commercial competence and technological pre-sales
Management of projects and services using agile methodologies. Management of work teams in complex environments and with the capacity to manage and execute several projects in parallel
Economic control of projects follow-up and fulfillment of revenue and margin objectives.
Immersion in digital transformation both in evangelization work and in the application of best practices to the development and execution of projects of value to the business
Knowledge of Cloud architectures and technologies DevOPS and SRE (cloud migration software lifecycle automation CI/CD and service assurance)
Lead and direct processes via automation to improve execution speed while maintaining stability and improving performance in technological systems and platforms.
Ensure the capacity of the data center infrastructure to meet the requirements and demands of the client and with an evolutionary vision that facilitates the entire software development process.
