As a Retail Operations Manager within our Iberian Retail department, youre responsible for executing, coordinating and co-implementing the global market retail roadmap based on the key retail programs formulated by HQ and our needs in Iberica.

YOUR ROLE

With your expertise, experience, and in-depth knowledge of retail operational practices, you contribute to the further development of effective and efficient retail operations with a clear vision of necessary future developments - challenging the status quo when needed; and with an end in mind of accelerating biz growth

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
Lead retail Go To Market game plan execution.
Execute the Retail roadmap - linking pin between HQ Retail Operations & local retail organization .
Lead local project implementation. Monitor, evaluate and measure the effectiveness of programs.
Responsible for smooth operations, the retail processes / systems.
Provide input to HQ for continuous improvement of process, procedure and systems .
Know of Retail related IT systems to manage the operational processes .
Manage, lead and coach retail coordinators.
Sounding board for all Retail related projects.
Implement onboarding program & Shop Manager Senior project.
Supply forecast & stock level monitoring.
Coordinate logistics follow up and support.
Controls fraud prevention.
Lead monthly retargeting & bonus calculation.
Lead retail Operations team
Integrate within the retail comercial cycle
YOUR PROFILE:

Since you will be implementing Retail projects, based on the HQ roadmap and local needs, you have the aim and abilities to grow sales and further develop retail operations and customer service. Apart from these great characteristics, we are looking for a candidate who brings:
4 years of experience in the position of Operations Manager, in retail would be extra..
Comercial and biz acumen
Analylitical Acumen
Planning acumen
Team Player and team leader
Impact and influence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. Portuguse would be extra
Availability to travel (20%)
Mandatory at least 3 days in HQ Barcelona
