Right now, were expanding our HR operations to establish an HR Shared Services capability in the EMEA region. If youre highly motivated, entrepreneurial and knowledgeable, you may be the perfect candidate for this role.

You are comfortable in a start-up environment, have a positive can-do attitude and are comfortable with ambiguity. You are able to adapt and pivot quickly depending on the needs of the moment whilst still maintain a focus on the long-term goal. At the same time you understand the need for rigour, process and consistency which come from being part of an established global organisation and are able to define a global approach to HR operations.

Does this sound like you?

As the leader of our EMEA HR Shared Services, you will take ownership for designing and delivering HR operations processes related to the end to end employee life cycle. You will be a team player, who is able to manage stakeholders and deliver with exceptional project management and communication skills. You will work with our HR Business Partners to understand the critical people processes and be able to demonstrate a consistent, efficient approach to supporting the employee life cycle.

Use what you know about creating an HR Shared Service capability to deliver value to employees and the HR team.
Take a pragmatic, innovative approach to designing robust HR operating processes, to deliver consistent data, optimise the employee experience and manage compliance.
Plug into our existing HR Shared Services team in the AP region to build working relationships and leverage knowledge and experience.
Advance the way HR delivers value to the firm, contributing suggestions, challenging the status quo with a “can-do” attitude.
You will be responsible to:
Create, lead and deliver operational HR services to employees in the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region.
Enable HR services at scale, simplify processes and transactions, improve data quality and consistency, and help deliver a great employee experience.
Deliver the overall service capabilities for the countries in the region including contribution to the global end-to-end process design that enhances the employee experience.
Manage data privacy and security in accordance with GDPR (and/or applicable legal requirements), effectively manage sensitive and confidential data.
