Job Description

The employee is responsible for proper, high quality and timely execution of his job obligations.

  • Create and maintain HR policies and compliance procedures of the company.
  • Plan and coordinate activities for the organization to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Provide overall HR compliance support and guidance relating to regulatory compliance, as well as global company HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure HR practices are in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, and company internal policies.
  • Engage in HR internal auditing, compliance investigation, or other activities related to human resources and/or employment/employees.
  • HR point of contact for global GDPR, ISO, or other auditing processes.
  • Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
  • Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
  • Provide employee training on policies and procedures.
  • Verify that all company and regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated.
  • Keep informed regarding industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the impact of these changes on organizational processes.
  • Advise internal management on the implementation or operation of compliance processes.
  • Coordinate the development or implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures throughout the organization.
  • Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress.
  • Coordinate with functional owners that any employee materials such as Handbooks, New Hire Paperwork, policies, etc. are updated and current with regard to current HR-related policy and procedures and content.
  • Perform other HR compliance-related analyses and projects as required.
  • Replace department colleagues during their absence and vacation.
  • Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.
  • Request the manager to provide timely and accurate job assignments and to secure necessary resources for the execution of job responsibilities and tasks.
  • Provide the manager proposals for work improvement.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of s experience in the n HR field, and experience in a relevant position is a strong advantage.
  • Working knowledge on anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, equality, and retaliation practices.
  • University degree.
  • Ability to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Capability of working globally with people of varied technical backgrounds and cultures.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Very high attentiveness to the details and accuracy of information processing.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • High sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent knowledge of English both written and verbal.
  • Proficient computer literacy.
