What will you do?
Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders and managers at regional level, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
Partner with the various regional managers to understand their needs and develop HR programmes and initiatives that support business goals and objectives.
Conduct regular HR audits and assessments to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
Collaborate with the various HRBPs in HR to share best practices and coordinate global HR initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures and programmes.
Keep abreast of best practices and emerging trends in HR and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with HQ HR functional teams (compensation and benefits, labour relations, payroll, recruiting, etc.) to ensure the delivery of integrated HR services to the business.
Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports. Requisitos: Strong experience in the creation, implementation, and management of HR policies, as well as comprehensive oversight of HR functions.
Expertise in employee relations, conflict management, and fostering positive workplace environments.
In-depth knowledge of global mobility and employment law, with a proactive approach to regulatory frameworks across different countries in the region.
Proven skills in performance management and continuous improvement of people-related processes within the organization.
Excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to influence and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in multicultural environments.
Solid experience managing global mobility processes (relocation, visas, international assignments, and mobility policy implementation).
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition and employer branding.
Proficiency in HR platforms and systems (HRIS, ATS, performance management tools, and digital HR solutions).
