NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB Overseeing the team and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel, guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and other assigned areasMonitor the supervision of effective bedroom cleaning, servicing and maintenance, ensuring sufficient room stock is available to meet business demandsTo ensure that the Hotels housekeeping practice and standards are adhered toHave a good understanding of our guests needs and give your team members direction to fulfil these needs in a fast and effective wayComplete any required administrative function. Supervisar al equipo y garantizar la limpieza e higiene del hotel, habitaciones, zonas comunes, lavanderia y demas areas asignadas. Supervisar la correcta limpieza, mantenimiento y preparacion de las habitaciones, asegurando una disponibilidad adecuada para cubrir la demanda del negocio. Garantizar que se cumplen los estandares y procedimientos de housekeeping de la compania. Comprender las necesidades de nuestros huespedes y guiar al equipo para satisfacerlas de forma rapida y eficiente. Realizar las tareas administrativas necesarias para el correcto funcionamiento del departamento. Mostrar una actitud positiva, dinamica y entusiasta que inspire y motive al equipo, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y agradable. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas de salud y seguridad, incluyendo la normativa COSHH. Crear estandares de Calidad Naturalmente, esta lista no pretende ser exhaustiva.
