Whether delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, or other similar responsibilities, the Guest Environment Expert makes sure the spaces in the hotel help create a great guest experience.

Functions of the Position

· Deliver guest requests, stock carts, clean rooms and public spaces, and complete other similar responsibilities to ensure an excellent guest experience.
· Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
· Move throughout the assigned space and complete all necessary tasks to support hotel operations.
· Ensure that all work is completed according to quality standards and company procedures.
· Maintain a safe workplace by following all safety policies and procedures.
· Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards at all times.
· Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
· Take a hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
· Remain on your feet and move around for extended periods, including standing, sitting, or walking as required.
· Complete all other reasonable job duties as requested. Requisitos: · Experience or knowledge in housekeeping functions is valued.
· Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
· Ability to work while standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
· Commitment to maintaining quality standards and providing excellent guest service.
· Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
