The HCP Strategy manager is a local change agent to drive a transformative effort across all customers engaging functions within the Oncology BU. The HCP Strategy Manager role accelerates the omnichannel strategy design , customer journey mapping, and identify possible innovative patient solutions. It will be accountable of the implementation of the previously mentioned to add value and focus on business impact, advising & supporting brand teams, aligning strategies and enhancing local capabilities.

The HCP Strategy role collaborates with internal and external enabling functions and vendors to ensure the omnichannel execution is in line with strategic plans and set objectives. The HCP Strategy role will challenge the status quo, help to remove internal/external barriers to execution and demonstrates that being more innovative is possible and brings value to BMS and our external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
Providing strategic planning advice to prioritized brand teams, offering insights on omnichannel activities, initiatives, and solutions.
Safeguarding brand teams’ input throughout campaign execution, in collaboration with internal and external production partners, to ensure effectively measuring, impact, optimizing campaigns, and adhering to budgets, timelines, and objectives.
Ensure omnichannel execution of go-to-market/customer engagement plans, by collaborating with internal/external enabling functions and vendors.
Partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to develop further omnichannel maturity and support innovation: orchestrate collaboration to streamline omnichannel strategy and execution.
Aligning enterprise strategy, frameworks, best practices, and roadmaps with the current state and business ambitions of Spain.
Building local omnichannel capabilities, identifying gaps, driving necessary changes
Responsible for Customer Journey mapping
Work closely within BUD to identify market gaps innovative alternatives
Responsible for Innovative patient solution programs that are differentiated in the industry
Key qualifications:
Understanding of omni-channel / customer engagement and innovation.
Strong ability to effectively communicate and influence individuals and cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization.
Experience in change management with a strong focus on supporting analytics/ metrics to build a resonating change story.
Agile mindset: able to adapt to changing situations and to react quickly to needs of the organization, brand teams or other key stakeholders.
Highly flexible work attitude and the ability to easily move from “strategic thinking” to hands-on tactical execution support.
Experience in leading projects: driving projects forward collaborating with key stakeholders, seeking for solutions to overcome hurdles, and proactively sharing best practices.
Solid understanding of “basic” digital channels such as web, email, marketing automation.
Multiple years of credible track-record
Pharma experience, a strong digital background and/or in consultancy experience is a plus.
Suitable candidates will need to demonstrate the following criteria:

Essential:
Business or scientific degree.
Product management experience (minimum 4 years), preferably in a large market.
Sales management (minimum 2 years) in a large market
Experience from leading the launch of a specialty product, preferably in Oncology in a large market.
Understanding of the requirements of a specialty market.
Customer focus, management of key OL’s in the market
Experience in working in a matrix environment and leading a local team/cross functional project.
Strategic thinking, and communication skills
Understanding of the principles of market access.
Fluent in Spanish and English - both oral and written.
Willingness/ability to travel.
Desirable:
Experience in Oncology preferred
Scientific background.
Management experience in line and matrix capacity.
European/regional marketing/project experience.
Proven abilities to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
MBA
This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to lead an important business for BMS, managing a large organization. The candidate will need to lead the last years of the leading sales product in retail in Spain, and at the same time launching a new product in Oncology, transitioning the business to a more specialized market. The launch of the new product will provide exposure to Global team through direct involvement in key projects. This position will also facilitate the frequent interaction with the leadership team of the cluster, which will provide visibility to the candidate.
