Funciones: Welcoming and assisting guests from arrival to departure ensuring their stay runs smoothly
Acting as a point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and requests – in person, via phone, and by email
Supporting the organization of guest activities, events, and sports programs
Assisting with complaint handling and problem solving in collaboration with other departments
Providing information about the resort’s services, sports facilities, and the island of Fuerteventura
Helping with administrative duties such as preparing welcome letters, updating guest information, and creating reports
Supporting the promotion of sustainability and health-focused initiatives within the resort Requisitos: Currently enrolled in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written); additional languages such as German or French are a plus
Passion for sports, health, and active lifestyles
Open-minded, positive attitude and ability to work in an international environment
Flexible, reliable and proactive team player
EU passport or valid work permit for Spain
