Your role

Position Purpose:

Corporate Controlling Function (global role) is providing data for analysis for different functions in the whole Siegfried Group. This includes reporting based on monthly closing aswell as budget process, and especially collecting information for management to enable them to take decisions and responsibility for KPIs/Budget in their function.

Major accountabilities:

- Responsible for group-wide monthly reportings and annual budget process together with the Team

- Super User Function in CO Modul for S4Hana & SAP R3, transferring knowledge of SAP CO functionalities to the Users incl. SAP PM Module (WBS-Elements managing for Development Projects)

- Maintenance / Customizing / Development of current SAP Modul CO (R3/S4)

- Support of local site controllers incl. troubleshooting related to transactions related to business (eg process orders, internal orders, cost center allocation, PS (WBS)) together with the Team

- Create ad hoc reportings and consolidate inputs to monthly group reportings (e.g. cost center reports) and comment deviations

- Develop reports, presentations & analysis of key figures and automize where possible

- Ensure correct implementation of transfer prices into SAP (by automatization), in line with the Transfer Pricing Model

- Support in Implementation of Integrated Planning

- Contributing to Corporate Projects as project member for Corporate Controlling

- Support Head of Corporate Controlling in presentation/projects/reportings to ExeCom and Board or other specific requests

Your profile

Education:

Business Administration, Finance.

Languages:

Fluent in English and proficient in site local language.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling (plant/manufacturing or functional controlling)

Industry / Pharmacy branch background

English

Experienced in SAP Modul FI/CO / SAP BW

Experienced in SAP PM WBS projects would be a plus

Excel advanced/Pivot (data analysis), additional programming experience would be a plus, MS PPT advanced

Open and transparent communication, easy to interact with different departments and cultures, also work interactive between sites and Corporate Headquarter in Zofingen
