What will you do:

You will get to develop, step by step and over the months, on the following type of activities:
Test and Quality Assurance:
Produce test scripts, materials, and regression test packs to test new and amended software or services.
Specify requirements for environment, data, resources, and tools.
Interpret, execute, and document complex test scripts using agreed methods and standards.
Provide detailed analysis of all testing carried out on the environment ensuring all bugs, risks and issues are logged correctly.
Actively provide feedback to senior QA management which may result in new working practices or general QA improvements.
Create high level test scenarios.
Execute test scenarios.
Develop test automation frameworks.
Record and analyze actions and results and maintain a defect register.
Review test results and modify tests if necessary.
Report on progress to stakeholders.
Provide highly valued input by acting as an advocate for the customer and end users.
Development Activities:
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code (iOS, Flutter, C++ Qt…).
Write and deliver code for functionality and features in application modules and debug existing code.
Provide proper code documentation and implement configuration changes to packaged software applications to meet business requirements.
Participate in analysis of requirements for designing new application and system features, and also analyze and triage defects on an as-needed basis.
Follow coding guidelines and practices and all technical processes.
Analyze the business users’ needs, to design and develop an application or leverage existing technology with customized enhancements to provide a solution.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
Develop and validate estimates for technical work that will be undertaken.
Develop new functionalities in the applications.
Create Unit Testing for new functionalities.
Develop and validate estimates for technical work that will be undertaken.
Scrum management:
Assist in guiding the team and organization on how to adopt Agile/Scrum practices processes and values.
Support the team on removing impediments by finding the right personnel to overcome them.
Contribute to building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame retribution or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution.
Help to facilitate team dynamic such as the daily stand-up sprint planning, end of sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
Act as the conscience of the team especially when evaluating Doneness or Readiness criteria.
Support the team on the use of planning tools to enable tracking of progress with User Stories and Features via Sprint and Release Burndowns.
Assist with internal and external communication improving transparency and radiating information.
Act as a shield for the team from outside distractions and interferences.
DevOps:
Monitor, maintain, scale, and optimize cloud infrastructure services.
Perform analysis for troubleshooting and incident response.
Support infrastructure teams and company projects.
Keep our infrastructure aligned with the highest security standards.
Be part of our DevOps strategy.
Project management:
Support IT projects’ workload management through its life cycle.
Keep track of project activities against time schedules, helping to take corrective actions against any deviations.
Communicate effectively with team members, enhancing collaboration and aligning on how to reach business objectives.
Documenting project activities.
Assist with developing communications strategy plans, designing resource and project plans, or providing status reports, among others.
Qualifications

Who you are:
Passionate for the Air Transport Industry and Technology!
Curious and eager to learn how the company operates.
A team player that enjoys collaborating with colleagues to accomplish the best results.
Proactive and focused on finding solutions to the problems.
Someone who can easily adapt to the challenges that may arise.
Experienced in writing code, ideally in C++, Java, or JavaScript Frameworks.
Keen to maintain efficient documentation, unit tests and participate in code reviews.
Knowledgeable and interested in public cloud domain (e.g. Azure).
Experienced in the use of Linux system is a plus.
Experienced in the management of databases, networks, and monitoring (application, infrastructures, …) is a plus.
A recent graduate from a technical university, with a degree achieved related to the role.
A fluent English speaker - French and/or Spanish are a plus.
