Your work-life opportunity:
You will become a part of a dynamic global team of 450 people, serving in the Partners & Brands division, and taking the lead on crucial international projects. In this role, you will formulate and drive cross-departmental global strategies within our partner ecosystem with the goal of creating value for our users, our partners and Glovo.

Take a leading role in defining the strategic direction of our business by managing high-impact projects, and actively participating in initiatives of significant visibility.
Contribute directly to the shaping of Glovos Partners & Brands department by offering strategic insights based on your understanding of market dynamics and the competitive landscape.
Champion a culture of innovation, staying ahead of industry trends and driving new business models and partner solutions that add value for our customers and partners.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with teams like Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data to optimize partner experiences and meet our business objectives.
Serve as the central point of contact for global teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project objectives across all stakeholders.
Take an active role in the creation of project proposals and business cases, contributing significantly to strategic planning and forecasting processes
Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
You have:
A passion to make a positive impact on the life of millions of people through technology
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business Administration, MBA is a plus
4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a growth start-up, top-tier strategy consulting
Experience in project management, particularly in coordinating global or cross-functional projects, is a must.
Proficient in analysing data, reporting, and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges. Knowledge of analytical tools such as Looker and Excel. Python/SQL are a nice to have.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes multiple projects, meets all deadlines, and is dependable with a sense of personal responsibility for quality work product.
Detail oriented, results oriented
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Commitment to process improvement and exceptional attention to detail
Adaptable to changing priorities with a commitment to ethical responsibilities
