Strategy:
Develop Selina’s HR Strategy for the company’s hotel operations
Co-create and adjust global HR Processes
Develop, review and manage the Operations organizational structure
Hire the right team to implement the Operations Strategy
Culture:
Co-Design our Selina culture with all staff
Standardize culture practices throughout the operations organization
Build a healthy work culture in the company’s hotel operations
Legal Compliance:
Ensure legal compliance with local labor, immigration and health laws of all our operations global, regional, country employees and locations
Co-reate, document and implement HR Policies
Establish contacts and relations with local government entities
Compensation and Benefits:
Create competitive compensation structure
Establish performance measurable goals for people operations
Payroll management
Recruiting:
Develop a recruiting strategy for the Operations division
Lead the recruitment of open vacancies
Creation and update of Headcount Projections
Training:
Create the curriculum and programs for the Operations teams: * On-boarding program
Career Development program
Internship/Exchange Workers
Management Trainee Program
E-learning Platform
Technical skills required:
10+ years of experience in Human Resources
Legal and/or Management background
Previous experience in a leadership position within HR
Previous experience in a regional or global role in HR
Bilingual (Fluent English and Spanish)
Experience in the hospitality/tourism sector preferred
Experience in a company with more than 500 employees
Experience in Training and Compensation
Experience in creating Culture
