Account Executive (German‑Speaking) – Remote from Spain | SaaS Industry
Location: Remote from Spain (with 2–4 weeks onboarding in Madrid)
Contract: Permanent
Languages: Native/C2 German + B2 English
Salary: €30,000 base + €15,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
Start: Full‑time, Monday–Friday (9–6) — Friday afternoons off

This is a fully remote role (after onboarding) where you will drive the full sales cycle, win new business, and help expand a cutting‑edge SaaS product used by over 10,000 e‑commerce stores worldwide.
Youll work with a powerful search solution for platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and more — helping online stores increase conversions and improve customer experience.

What You Will Do
Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and client needs
Develop tailored sales strategies to win new business
Prepare and present customized proposals and product demos
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
Independently generate new outbound opportunities
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and customer experience
Candidate Profile
Native/C2 German
B2 English
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (SaaS preferred)
Previous experience working remotely in a high‑performance
Fully comfortable with strictly outbound sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills
Results‑driven, ambitious, and eager to grow
Willingness to travel to Madrid for 2–4 weeks of onboarding
Quick learner with a proactive, adaptable mindset
