We are looking for a First Line Analyst - DE speaker - OOH (24/7)

The standard scope of this role includes:

Receiving calls, Self-service tickets, e-mails, chats with IT problems

Carrying out first line troubleshooting

Assigning tickets to resolver groups (Backlog/Incident management)

Keeping customers updated on the progress of their case

Knowledge articles contribution

Possibly performing additional Request/Access management tasks

Pre-Requisites & Experience

Native in German & English is required.

Availability to do a rotating 24x7 shift.

36 hour contract - 24*7.

Bonus for OOHs - up to 555€ quarterly.
