Funciones: • Work closely with the Board of Directors to define and execute the company's strategic and commercial objectives in line with revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead and represent the company across operational, legal, and commercial matters, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including authorities, financial institutions, suppliers, and partners.
• Oversee multi site operations, ensuring efficient, and high quality service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• Define and implement commercial and operational strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational and financial performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and potential risks, implementing strategies to support sustainable business development.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to strengthen market positioning and drive customer acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards while maintaining strong relationships with relevant authorities.
• Oversee financial planning and budget management in coordination with finance partners.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize internal processes to improve operational efficiency and support future growth.
• Report regularly to shareholders on company performance, strategic initiatives, and key decisions. Requisitos: • Proven experience as a Managing Director, General Manager, or similar senior leadership role, ideally within tourism, hospitality, leisure, transport, or experience based industries.
• Strong understanding of business management including operations, finance, legal, sales, and marketing.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi site operations and leading diverse teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities while maintaining strict cost and operational control.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interacting with shareholders, authorities, and external partners.
• Project management experience or relevant certifications are valued.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required Working and Personal Skills.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Hands on, proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities.
