We are very excited to announce an exciting new role for our client in Spain. If you are an ambitious sales hunter who is not afraid to jump on the phones and work with targets and you also have native fluency in French then we are looking for you! This position will be for our client - a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful sea-side city of Barcelona. As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for the full sales cycle from finding your own leads to closing the sales. You will use your own creativity to find your leads. Conducting cold calls, getting through gate keepers and find your way to speak to the right decision maker is important in this role. . Your goal will be assessing your clients needs and design a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. You will speak with decision makers via phone & video conference to gain an understanding of their business needs and based on this you will sell digital advertising solutions to your clients.
This is an outbound new business sales role, where you will be expected to consistently exceed your quarterly sales targets through high volume outbound cold calling, cold emailing and social media outreach to your prospective clients.
The successful Inside Sales Representative has:
Fluency in French and a good command of English
Previous lead generation experience
Previous cold calling experience
Digital marketing interest
Target driven
The interview process for this role is done remotely via video calls so no need to come to Barcelona until you are successful! Permanent contract with basic salary is 26.000€ gross p/a plus up to 7.875€ gross p/a in bonus (paid out quarterly). Working hrs are 40 hrs between Monday to Friday between 8am-6pm (5 days of 8 hrs).
Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: taxi to the airport in your home country, flight to Barcelona from a European airport, airport pickup in Barcelona and 4 weeks accommodation on arrival plus an additional relo bonus of 600 euro paid in the 2nd month. Furthermore there is a fantastic on boarding team in Barcelona that will assist you with finding accommodation and help you settle in your new city.
