Financial Planning Junior Analyst (English Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact working as a FP&A Junior Analyst will be:

• Supporting the development and enhancement of the Group FP&A strategy
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders in operations & Finance Business Partners
• Financial and Operational Analysis on how to improve the business
• Providing ad-hoc analysis to influence/facilitate decisions
• Identifying process improvements and opportunities
• Standard analysis: monthly closing and quarterly reporting
• Owner of the Budget/Forecast process (Ops streams) ?
• Deviation analysis: Actuals vs Budget/Forecast Variances (Ops streams)
• Bonus pool monitoring
• Performing UATs to ensure the improvement of the data consistency and reports

Skills, qualification, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• You are fluent in English
• You are structured with a strong drive and independency
• You have at least 4 years of experience in an FP&A/Finance department (in a multi-national)
• Advanced level in Excel, Power Point and financial modelling skills
• Strong financial and business background (MBA is preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Power BI knowledge is a plus
