Financial Performance Graduate – ES/PT

JOB PURPOSE
Support financial performance on all aspects (Sales, Trade, Brand, OPEX) and be a key partner of Business teams
Be exposed to a very dynamic environment, working in close partnership with local Business team members
KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES

Be Business Partner for Business teams
Support Business teams in their decision-making process based on sound judgment, finance expertise and business acumen
Partner with business teams to provide a financial perspective on the analysis and evaluation of business opportunities
Focus on financial performance
Monitor, drive and report the business performance in coordination with the Financial Performance Lead and Business teams ensuring access to accurate, timely and relevant financial data and key metrics
Analyse monthly figures and support the preparation of the Monthly Performance Reviews: monitor performance vs set targets and defined KPIs, identify gaps vs. plan – in collaboration with local Financial Performance Lead and local Business teams
Review P&L, cash-flow and other KPIs (GTN / SIT / destructions) and participate on validation meetings with business stakeholders
Contribute to S&OP process, being a support to business teams to understand rationale of predictions and ensure data consistency and alignment with CHC countries’ ambitions
Prepare budget & forecast
Collaborate on the financial processes in forecast/budget periods: run of scenarios based on Global guidelines and ambitions, support preparation for the reviews with above-country finance teams, ensure consistency of information and data, identify risks and opportunities
Challenge Business assumptions and ensure consistency of the forecasts from a finance standpoint
Monitor against forecasts and identify risks and opportunities
Ensure alignment between all stakeholders (sales, supply chain, marketing)
Perform other finance tasks
Ensure a comprehensive compliance with all internal control and financial/accounting principles within his/her perimeter
Identify and request or perform Master data management in systems
Share and implement finance best practices and focus on simplification
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Finance teams: Head of Financial Performance, other Financial Performance leads, Local BA&C, GBS, Regional Financial Performance team
Business teams: Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, HR, Legal
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Degree qualified in finance and accounting and experience in a financial role
Strong rigor and ability to multi-task and to organize, manage and prioritize deadlines
Ability to take ownership and ensuring the integrity of the financial operations through an impeccable understanding of the finance drivers
Intellectual curiosity
Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to combine and present complex information in a simple manner
Collaborative and highly proactive attitude and ability to interact and communicate appropriately with numerous stakeholders
