Financial Controller (They, She, He)

As Financial Controller you will work closely with our CFO in the Finance department. We believe that the ideal person for this role is someone who is both proactive and methodical, as he or she will provide support and help us to make strategic decisions to optimize costs.

Our Financial Controller understands numbers and accounts and therefore knows how to identify yields in invoicing and work on procedures as well as internal controls

What Will You Be Responsible For?
Support in cost management of respective departments within the company.
Work on procedures and internal controls applied to operating expenses.
Analysis of deviations and search for corrective measures.
Identify redundancies in billables and opportunities for optimizing costs.
Build rapport and maintain a good working relationship with Team Leads and Department Heads.
Monitoring of budgets in order to help make strategic decisions for management.
Requirements

Who Are You?
Vocational Training or degree in Economics / Business and Management.
2 years of demonstrable, hands-on experience.
High level of competency with Microsoft Office Suite / Google Drive applications.
Fluent in English; the Spanish language is a plus.
Knowledge of ERP/CRM, Jira, SCRUM is a plus but not mandatory.
