Funciones: Support daily accounting and finance operations, including processing invoices and expense reports.
Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Provide administrative support for the finance team as needed.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting. Requisitos: A successful Finance Assistant should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is desirable.
High english level
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical and problem
solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.
