Are you passionate about hospitality, service excellence, and creating unforgettable dining experiences? At Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort & Spa, we are looking for a Food & Beverage Service Intern to join our dynamic F&B team in a luxury, international 5-star resort environment.

This internship offers hands-on experience in restaurants and bars, allowing you to develop your skills while delivering outstanding service to guests from all over the world.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in providing high-quality food and beverage service in restaurants, bars, and outlets.

Welcome and attend guests in a professional, friendly, and service-oriented manner.

Support the setup, service, and clearing of tables according to hotel standards.

Learn and apply menu knowledge, including food, beverages, and basic upselling techniques.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas in compliance with hygiene standards.

Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure a smooth and memorable dining experience.

Assist with administrative and operational tasks within the F&B department as required. Requisitos: Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Food & Beverage Management, or related fields.

Advanced level of Spanish and English (additional languages will be highly valued).

Strong communication skills and a clear customer-service mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus, but not mandatory.
