How youll be hosting with heart:

As part of the Business Development Team, you will have an active role in the further expansion within Spain.

For limehome to become the best known hospitality brand in Spain you proactively source and analyze new exciting projects.

That is not all, once you identified an interesting new project for limehome you underwrite, negotiate and in the end sign the deal with the property owner/investor.

Another important task of yours is to always expand your professional network (incl. cold calling) to gain the trust of (new) business partners and show presence in the market.

You are driven by excellence, thats why you set up and define clear processes and challenge the current status quo.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

+/- 2 years of professional experience in the field of hotel real estate expansion where you have been able to build up a strong network in the hotel real estate market in Spain.

Your proactive, structured and analytical mindset, coupled with entrepreneurial thinking stands out from the crowd and with that you push your projects from 0 till the end.

Thinking outside the box, you have excellent real estate market knowledge and are motivated to question the status quo.

You have excellent communication skills in Spanish and English and are an outstanding communicator who opens doors that always remain closed to others.
