This role sits within the ERP and Corporate Functions team at Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Digital. We are a dynamic team passionate about accompanying Sanofi CHC through its most exciting and challenging journey as it seeks to become a fully carved in P&L within Sanofi.

ERP Platform Lead provides best-in-class technical SAP platform for Sanofi Consumer Healthcare business and Digital teams to run their operations and processes smoothly, while ensuring the consistency and integrity of the applicative ecosystem.

Main responsibilities
Build technology and strategy roadmap to provide high quality service for availability of SAP Platform, SAP technical components and integrated Non-SAP technologies
Design and Implement proactive monitoring, provide reporting and KPIs for platform availability & performance. Drive the platform performance and optimization action plans
Manage coordination with hosting provider and digital technology teams to make sure there is no disruption in hosting service
Ensure that Cyber-security recommendations are fully applied
Manage coordination of SAP Platform teams for technical life cycle activities
Advise and implement governance to manage project, change requests impacting SAP platform and technical components. Prepare and follow-up project portfolio for SAP platform and integrated Non-SAP technologies
Establish partnership with application owners. Setup and drive the governance to translate business needs to the backlog, mobilize SAP Platform teams to deliver the backlog
Communicate the roadmap of SAP platform with stakeholders
Managing relationship with SAP as main SAP platform solution provider, keeping SAP Max Attention contract responsibility
ABOUT YOU

Experience
10+ years of technology related work experience
ERP transformation experience in a global company, preferably in a FMCG and/or FMCH context
Solid technology expertise in SAP technology and integrated tools. Proven successful experience in SAP ERP production (ECC6, S4 Hana), related landscape and lifecycle (migration, new module implementation)
Project management, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with multi-geography, multi-tier service design and management
Can communicate solutions, ideas, suggestions to a variety of stakeholders effectively and comprehensibly
Conceptual and analytical thinking – ability to extract, analyse, and document complex business and technical requirements or strategies
Deep understanding of Application and technology Architecture
Knowledge of agile/product development ways of working
Knowledge of technological trends

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated conflict resolution & problem-solving skills in a global environment

Technical skills

We are looking for ERP Platform Lead for a scope including below technologies
S4HANA, HANA, Solution Manager, Fiori, SAP MDG, BW/4 HANA, BW/BI, SAP TM, SAP PO, Web dispatcher, SAP router, and more. As well as surrounding non-SAP technologies integrated in SAP Platform: Scheduling (Control-M), Printers
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent in Information Technology or Engineering
Languages
Fluent spoken and written English
