MoonEnglish is an established academy in a residential area of Caceres. We are an official Cambridge Exam Preparation Centre and member of FECEI. We opened in 2007 and have been growing steadily every year. Currently, there are 9 classrooms divided between two buildings, as well as a staff room and office, all equiped with multimedia resources. Details of Position

MoonEnglish is a growing academy with more than 15 years of experience in a residential area of historic Caceres, Spain.
We are currently hiring an EFL teacher for the 2023-24 academic year. The position is full-time (22 contact hours) and the majority of teaching hours will involve working with children aged 6 to 10. There are also some adult classes, which may be General English or Exam Preparation.
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who create fun, engaging classes that get students speaking in English. The ideal candidate would have experience teaching children and a genuine interest in working with this age group.
Training is provided at the start of the course, with professional development sessions throughout the year. There are numerous opportunities for teachers to develop their skills with Cambridge exam preparation, including YL exams.

Qualifications

Native speaker competence (C2)
Teaching experience with young learners
Permission to work in the EU
International Child Protection Certificate
Valued:
A recognised TEFL qualification
A university degree

Salary and Benefits

Full-Time Gross salary: 1400 Euros/month
Full social security coverage with health insurance

Assistance with settling in Caceres if needed
Contract from October 2023 to June 2024
Monday to Thursday afternoon timetable with training sessions or staff meetings on some mornings
