Building and maintaining the technical roadmaps based on the companys long-term strategy.
Create product strategy documents that describe business cases high-level use cases revenue and ROI.
Maintaining and influencing the product roadmap
Acting as line manager
Contributing to the internal team organization.
Distributing workload tasks and priorities amongst the teams
Enforcing best practices for software development and documentation
Tracks product quality and focuses on increasing product reliability.
Providing the necessary guidelines about which technologies to invest in
Steering the team to take smart architecture choices.
Ensuring that handover and implementation processes are run at their best level and in accordance with existing procedures.
Accountability as the first point of contact for peers and OPS ENG managers
Responsibility for transparent and reactive issue management and follow-up
Supporting recruitment and career development of the team

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and software development processes.
Experience with software development including knowledge of coding languages.
Experience in roadmap definition.
Comfortable with leading through complex conversations across multiple partners.
Ability to prioritize and display a high level of adaptability/flexibility while handling job responsibilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
Excellent organisational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and people skills are a must-have attribute for this role.
Professional level verbal and written communications skills in English
