We need to recruite a candidate to consolidate and develope our regional presence via indirect and direct channles in the market of the Power Tools solutions for the Energy Segment (Wind, Oil&Gas, Solar…) in Spain and Portugal in coordination with the global strategy of the company and with the local sales team within our Tools and Assembly Solutions Division.



With the only focus in the Energy segment the candidate Will develope the actions needed to achieve:

1.The best coverage of our consultive sales via distribution in the región

2.To collaborate within the different departments of the Division to reach the best digital coverage

3.To develope the best product competences and applications within our new and current distributors

4.To develope our value sales model in a key accounts customer list

5.To settle our best values in the market as:

1.The best ROI in our proposals

2.The best technical and comercial assesment

3.Competitive product and Service delivery times

4.The best aftersales support (Indirect/Direct channel)

6.The position requires frequent and flexible trips within the región Iberia (Spain and Portugal) as Well as regular trips within the Customer Centre (South West Europe) and any other global locations of the Atlas Copco Group.

7.Se necesitará una colaboración frecuente con el Business Development Manager Energy to bring to the regional market the global strategy of the company.



1. 5 years of sales experience in the Energy Segment

3.Process and Value Chain experience in the Oil and Gas, Wind and other renewables companies

4.Product knowledge (threaded fasteners)

Position needs

1. Based in Spain (Madrid-North región preferred)

2. Spanish native, fluent in English.

3.Technical Engineering Degree
